More Than a Name.
A Track Record.
There is a version of Nigerian real estate that many people know: high upfront costs, opaque documentation, and deals that sound good until they don't. Dr. Ifeoluwa Oladeji Solomon has spent his career building the alternative.
His entry point into real estate wasn't sales. It was the science of land itself. A professional surveyor and GIS expert with deep expertise in geospatial data analysis and property acquisition, he spent years in the field learning how land is identified, verified, measured, and legitimised. That technical foundation is what separates him from most people in the industry.
Through Solomex Multipurpose Services Ltd., his professional surveying practice, Dr. Ifeoluwa has assisted numerous organisations and individuals in property acquisition and documentation across Nigeria. Key achievements include digitising and producing a detailed map of 25,000 hectares of land in Irawo Owode, Oyo State, participating in the construction of the 1km Irawo Dam, Irrigation, and Water Supply Project, and in 2021, leading a team to collect survey data for the rehabilitation of water pipelines across notable areas in Edo State.
Property ownership in Nigeria has for too long been associated with uncertainty: unclear titles, delayed allocations, and investments that leave people worse off than when they started. My mission is to dismantle that reality. I am committed to delivering real estate that is accessible to Nigerians across every income level, backed by documentation that is thorough and legally sound, and allocated with the speed and transparency that investors deserve. Land is not just an asset. It is a legacy.
Dr. Ifeoluwa Oladeji, Vanguard News 2025In 2023, he co-founded Landnest Homes and Properties alongside Dr. Olusola Areo, with a singular conviction: that Nigerians who want to own property shouldn't be held back by information gaps or systems that weren't designed for them. Since then, Landnest has grown rapidly across eight departments and multiple states, with Landnest Academy empowering investors with knowledge before they sign anything.
Beyond real estate, Dr. Ifeoluwa serves as Group Chairman of the Lovande Group and Founder of The Ifeoluwa Oladeji Foundation, focused on education, economic empowerment, and community development across underserved communities in Nigeria.
Through meticulous research, strategic risk management, and a sharp eye for value, he has driven Landnest Homes and Properties to achieve sustained growth and profitability, establishing it as a leading force in Nigeria's competitive real estate landscape.
